How do I review the other folders?

Modified on Wed, 18 Feb at 4:01 PM

In our prescribing module reports, we have some other folders that are useful to use.

The reports that are critical to run are these top 3 categories shown below.

The other folders are good to do when possible, but are not essential.

  • Contraception folder - This category pulls in all of the contraception reports from all the folders, and puts them into one place. It also identifies questionnaires to send, independently of other medication reviews. Most medication reviews and review dates will be done together, but for things like contraception, these can often be out of sync with other reviews and you may find them better to approach differently.

  • DOAC folder - This also pulls in all of the different elements of DOAC reports, and pulls them into one place.

  • CQC medication monitoring folders - These are to be ran for audit purposes to see what your data looks like. we do not recommend these are ran for invites. If the recall system is being run properly, these patients will have all had invites, and where appropriate medication reduced etc.

  • CQC other folder - Pulling other things that CQC look at together into one place, to be used for audit purposes.

  • Quality Improvement folder - We have broken these reports into different categories you may want to look at and action if you have the time to do so.

  • QOF folder - These reports will show patients who have outstanding QOF work when they've either had the review or have been declined etc. Some reports also have suggested actions we recommend to help you action these.

  • PSDs folder - These reports will help you identify patients who may need PSDs adding either in bulk, or individually.

  • Vaccination and immunisations - Folder 8 is broken down by the various vaccinations and immunisations campaigns you run in surgery. These reports help you identify and invite these patients. Reports show which invitations and read codes to add for each section and all tie in with our vaccination template.
