- Go to "Clinical Reporting" -> "Welby Innovate" -> "Welby Innovate Prescribing." -> 2 Admin to Action
- Run the reports
- Highlight the report -> Right Click -> Communications Annexe -> and select and send the relevant preset named on the report. E.g "Aspirin Questionnaire". Here you can select who the responses are assigned to.
- The completed questionnaires will return as a task. The answers do not require manual review, they can be actioned and saved.
There are also reports to send these questionnaires by paper to the patient, or these can be completed with the patient over the telephone.
Based on the patients answers to the questionnaires, they will either drop into a report for you to send out an appointment invitation, or into a report for a clinician to review
- For the invitation reports in this section, select the report -> Right Click -> Send appointment invitation
- Select the correct appointment invitation. This will be specified in the report name, e.g "Medication Review"
- Select the correct message preset. This will also be specified in the report name, e.g "Medication Review invite inc link"
- Send
Again, there are reports to send letter invitations to patients, or you could call these patients to book them in.
