How do I invite a patient for 5 yearly pneumococcal vaccinations?

Patients are already invited for 5-yearly pneumococcal vaccinations if they are coded with ...

• splenectomy
• coeliac disease
• CKD 4 - 5

In some instances, a clinician may request that other patients be invited for 5-yearly pneumococcal vaccinations, for example, if they are severely immunosuppressed.

To include these patients in the invite reports, add the following codes to the patient record.  The codes need to be added at the same time.

• Requires a pneumococcal vaccination (XaM2n) (247951000000102)
• Every five years (XaB8M) (307483005)
