How do I run reports?

• To run a single report, select it in the right-hand window, then click the green Play button in the menu bar at the top of the list of reports.  

While the report is running in the background, you will see the Waiting to Run icon next to the report in the Flags column.

When the report is complete, you will see a green tick next to the report in the Flags column, and the number of patients the report has found and the date the report was last run will have been updated.

• To run multiple reports at the same time, select all the reports you want to run in the right-hand window, holding down the CTRL key or the SHIFT key, depending on which reports you want to select.  Then click the green Play button in the menu bar at the top of the list of reports as above for a single report.
