How do I request one-off tests?

To add one-off requests for a patient, launch our template Request One-Off Tests. It's available on the template sidebars here ...

and if you are going to use it frequently we recommend adding it to your toolbar.

Remember ...

Many tests will automatically be covered by our system. If you're starting a patient on a statin, there's no need to request Lipids and LFTs in 3 months' time - we've already got that covered!

If you're future dating tests, set the date a few weeks before you want it to be taken to allow time for the patient to be invited and booked in.
