Free Text Option for Additional Monitoring
- If the desired test or observation isn’t listed, use the free text box to add other monitoring tasks.

- If you want the monitoring to end at a specific time, click on Stop Date and choose a date (e.g., 2 years from now).
- Ensure you input the same stop date for all selected tests (e.g., for Bone Profile and PSA).
Provide a Reason for Monitoring
- Enter a reason for monitoring. This will be visible to the staff performing the tests when they are due.

- Once everything is set, the patient will be recalled by the system based on the selected monitoring frequency (e.g., every 3 months).
