How do you use Problem Headers?

Problem headers can be incredibly helpful within the patient record. However, its not possible to create a problem header when a diagnosis is added by a protocol.

We've developed an alternative to using problem headers that resolves this issue. This video explains why we've decided not to use problem headers in SystmOne and what we've developed as an alternative. As this is a practice choice we thought it might be helpful to give a bit of an explanation as you may or may not want to use them.
