There are a number of occasions where a blood test may still show as outstanding when the patient has already had the specified blood test. This is due to your pathology lab either returning the result without a code attached or the result is available on ICE/WebV but can't be downloaded.
To code the result manually, you can use our simple "Code Results" template - How do I code pathology results? : Welby Innovate
However, if your lab continues to return a certain result with no code, this issue will persist. We advise you contact your lab to make them aware of the issue and ask them to start returning the result with the relevant read codes. We have included a list below of common results that labs do not attach a code to, along with the code we recommend they add. If you need advice on the relevant read code for a result not listed below, please log a support ticket and we will advise which read code to ask your lab to use.
