What are the demographic status alert? How do I know a patient needs an appointment booking?

All the demographic status alerts (the icons below patient name, address) from our system should appear at the end of the status alerts, grouped together. e.g:

If they appear on a patient record, clicking on them will either launch a template or a protocol with useful information and options. 

These are the main alerts you're likely to see:

Probably the most significant is the Green "A". If that appears, it means the patient needs an appointment booking. Clicking on it will launch our prompt master which will work out which is the most important appointment to book. For example, if a patient is due monitoring tests and their annual review, the prompt will only advise booking the annual review as that will include the monitoring tests a patient is due.
