January 2025 Update

Modified on Wed, 5 Mar at 11:55 AM

Welcome to those who've recently joined us; it's a privilege to work with practices caring for just over 750,000 patients!

Webinars

It was good seeing some of you last week at our webinar on Maximising Practice Efficiency. You can view the webinar recording here:  Maximising Practice Efficiency-20250114_133646-Meeting Recording.mp4. If you click on the chapters icon , you can jump to different sections.

We’re planning another webinar on Wednesday, 5 Feb, at 1pm, focused on QOF and how our systems can maximise points with minimal effort. Sign up here - https://events.teams.microsoft.com/event/f7f0d086-62cc-43d5-8daa-1aeb2d1a81a4@9e9607b7-90db-4eca-9e7f-e80f2ed8af67

Updates

  • Recall
    • Prolactin has been added to the options on "Select Tests for Recall" template
  • Prescribing - Contraception
    • We've brought together the various contraception reports into a folder "4 Contraception"
    • We've built in signposting to community pharmacy services, including in the protocol and message to send to patients who will be due contraception soon. If you would like to really push this work to local pharmacies (many are keen to have it), please let us know, and we can configure your system to largely direct patients there.
  • Pathology
    • Home BPs entered without our protocol will trigger the protocol to interpret the results. If they're added by a clinician, the info and options will be different, e.g.

The pace of development has slowed as we've been supporting many new practices to get up and running. We are growing our team, though, and have plenty planned!

As always…
