Within an individual patient record, you can see what monitoring is in place on the Recall Overview.
You may want to see all the medications and conditions the recall system monitors, and what monitoring is in place for them. This video explains how you can find that information in SystmOne.
NB: Since recording this video, all our status alerts have been moved to folders that start with "WI" rather than "IHS". The relevant folders start with "WI Recall Monitored".
