How do I monitor QOF work and maximise income?

Over many years, we've developed a tool for extracting data from SystmOne and providing more useful metrics for practices. Our spreadsheet also tells you how different parts of our system can help you maximise your QOF income.

Before you use the spreadsheet...

1. Save the spreadsheet somewhere you can open it on the desktop version of Excel (it won't work in the online version)
2. Enable use of Macros in the spreadsheet - this may require adjusting the properties of the spreadsheet.
3. Enter your practice name in B2
4. Enter your list size in B3
