This Video is a very quick intro with just the essentials for clinicians (GPs, ACPs, Paramedics, Pharmacists) who want to get up and running with our recall system. Covers prompts for monitoring when starting new medication and requesting one-off tests. 


Finding Your Way Around the System

When you retrieve a patient record, you will see some new Welby Innovate icons on the patient demographic box.  This article explains what they all mean and how to use them and you can try them out on test patients to see how they work.  There is more detail about the coloured Annual Review Stage icons in this article.


Recall Overview Data Entry

This Video is a helpful overview of the Recall template, this template holds much of the regular data needed for Annual Reviews and Monitoring.


Recall Request One-Off Tests - Bloods Due Now

This video is a brief introduction to the Request One-Off Tests template, including using it to order bloods that you want now.  This will be useful for GPs and other clinicians.
