How do I direct where questionnaires go?

The comms annex has the useful function of being able to decide who replies or completed questionnaires should go to.

If you want all completed questionnaires to go to the same team or group, you can setup a task rule. We'd always advise against having them all go to one person due to issues if that person is off or unavailable for some reason.

To set up a rule like this...

Go to task list and click on settings:
Under organisation settings, go to rules, click "New Rule" and configure a rule like this:
When the rule has been created, select the rule from the list and move to the top of the rules. This means the rule will be applied before other rules and won't clash with other rules you may have setup to manage tasks from other organisations:
"Ok" the task settings. The rule won't affect existing tasks but you will be able to check that new completed questionnaires go to the team / group according to the rule you've configured.
